Overview
Keydoro ("the app", "we") is a property management application operated by Hussam Digital. This policy explains what data the app handles, where it is stored, and your choices. The short version: your property data stays on your device; we only process what's needed to run your account.
Account data
Creating an account requires an email address and password, processed through Firebase Authentication (a Google service). We may also store the username you choose. Authentication requires an internet connection; credentials are never stored in plain text.
Property data stays local
Units, tenants, payments, obligations, expenses and reports are stored in a local database on your device. This data is not transmitted to our servers. Deleting the app deletes this local data — keep your own backups until cloud sync is available.
Future cloud sync
We are developing an optional cloud synchronization service. If you enable it, your property data will be encrypted in transit and stored in a private workspace tied to your account, so it can follow you across devices. Sync will be opt-in, and this policy will be updated with full details before launch.
Notifications
Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. We do not send marketing push notifications.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data. We do not show ads. We do not access your contacts, photos, or location.
Third-party services
The app relies on Firebase Authentication and Firestore (Google LLC) for sign-in and basic account records. Google's processing is governed by its own privacy policy. No analytics SDKs are embedded in the current version.
Data retention & deletion
Local data is under your control and removed when you delete the app. To delete your account record, contact us at the address below and we will remove it within 30 days.
Children
Keydoro is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves — most notably when cloud sync launches. Material changes will be announced in the app and dated on this page.
