Agreement
By creating an account or using Keydoro you agree to these terms, forming an agreement between you and Hussam Digital ("we"). If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
Keydoro is a property management application for tracking units, tenants, payments, obligations and expenses. It is a record-keeping tool: it does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice, and figures it produces depend on the data you enter.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.
Plans & billing
The Free plan supports up to 15 units. Paid plans (Basic, Professional, Business) raise the unit limit and are billed monthly or yearly through the app store or as otherwise stated at purchase. Prices are shown before purchase; yearly plans renew annually unless cancelled. Refunds follow the policies of the platform through which you purchased.
Downgrades
If your subscription lapses or you downgrade, your existing data remains readable, but you may not be able to add units beyond your current plan's limit.
Your data & backups
Property data is stored locally on your device until cloud sync is available. You are responsible for backups; we are not liable for data lost through device loss, deletion of the app, or failure to back up.
Acceptable use
You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or use the app for unlawful purposes, nor attempt to disrupt the service or other users' workspaces.
Intellectual property
The app, the Keydoro name and the key-K mark are the property of Hussam Digital. Your data remains yours; we claim no ownership over records you create.
Disclaimer & liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hussam Digital's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by nature survive termination (IP, liability, governing law) survive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Muscat.
